What is Lucid Veracities?
Lucid Veracities is a comprehensive virtual clinical program that provides support through therapy, community education, and clinical consultation. We focus on improving mental health holistically. Whether you’re navigating burnout, emotional overload, broken money flow, stressed relationship or simply feel off track our work together will help you reconnect-with yourself your values and your peace.
Who do you work with?
I work with adolescents and millennial men who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, perfectionism. relationship, self-worth and boundaries issues. I am licensed to provide therapy and clinical consultation services in North Carolina, and I provide clinical educational trainings and workshops all across the U.S.
What happens during the first session?
The initial session is the time for you to share your story, talk about your goals, and establish a therapeutic relationship. During this time you will have all your questions answered that you may have.
Do you accept insurance?
At Lucid Veracities we work with our clients so that they are able to receive quality services from us that algin with their financial needs. We are in network with Cigna, Atena, Oxford, Oscar & United Healthcare (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. We offer a low Self-pay rate. We accept pay via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and all major credit cards. It's about keeping it affordable!
What about confidentiality?
We understand the value of your trust, and we take every precaution to assure that confidentiality is upheld. As a mental health professional our ethics code assures confidentiality in a therapeutic relationship and will be upheld in any service we provider Also as a mental health professional by law I am a mandated reporter so with therapy and I am mandated to report any harm to self, others, child/elderly abuse.
How long does therapy last?
It depends. Everyone’s journey is different. Generally we will suggest weekly sessions until you feel that you are in a space where you were (or even better) before the challenges arose. In addition, We will suggest that therapy be at the minimum timeframe of 6 months in order to receive the best results.
