Restorative Psychotherapy
We offer individual therapy for men who are navigating life stressors that have impacted their mental health including: anxiety, depression, relational conflict, men issues, and racial trauma. Individual therapy provides a safe and non-judgmental space to process thoughts and emotions, helping to alleviate mental health symptoms and foster healing. Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, allowing for consistent support and progress.

Supervision sessions focus on clinical skill-building, case consultation, professional identity, and self-care.
